针灸结合补肾方对多囊卵巢综合征患者促排卵作用和性激素水平的影响

Effect of acupuncture combined with Bushen formula on ovulation induction and sex hormones levels in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome

目的评价针灸结合补肾方对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者促排卵作用和性激素的影响,可减少药物治疗的不良反应。方法共纳入80例PCOS不孕患者随机分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组采用枸橼酸氯米芬片和炔雌醇环丙孕酮片口服,观察组采用枸橼酸氯米芬片口服、针灸和补肾方,3个月经周期为1个疗程,共治疗1~2个疗程;比较两组患者排卵率和妊娠率、子宫内膜厚度和宫颈黏液评分,血清性激素水平包括黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E_2)和卵泡刺激素(FSH)。结果治疗后观察组患者排卵率和妊娠率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组子宫内膜厚度和宫颈黏液评分均较治疗前增加,且观察组明显大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后血清LH和T值水平较治疗前降低,E_2和FSH水平较治疗前升高,且观察组明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸结合补肾方治疗PCOS可进一步提高排卵率和妊娠率,改善性激素水平。

Objective To evaluate the effect of acupuncture combined with Bushen fornmla on ovulation induction and sex hormones in patients with polyeystic ovary syndrome （PCOS）, reduce the adverse reactions of drug treatment. Methods A total of 80 infertile patients with PCOS were enrolled and randomly divided into control group and observation group, 40 patients in each group. The patients in control group were treated by oral administration of elomifene citrate tablets＋ethinylestradioland cyproterone acetate tablets, and the patients in obser- vation group were treated by oral administration of elomifene citrate tablets, acupuncture, and Bushen formula. One course of treatment in- cluded three menstrual cycles, all the patients were treated for 1-2 courses of treatment. The ovulation rates, pregnancy rates, endometrial thicknesses, cervical mucus scores, levels of serum sex hormones [ luteinizing hormone （LH） , testosterone （T） , estradiol （ E2 ） , and folli- cle stimulating hormone （FSH） ] in the two groups were compared. Results The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate after treatment in obser- vation group were statistically significantly higher than those in control group （P〈0. 05 ） . Endometrial thicknesses and cervical mucus scores after treatment in the two groups both increased, the above-mentioned indexes in observation group were statistically significantly higher than those in control group （P〈0. 05 ） . After treatment, the levels of serum LH and T in the two groups decreased, the levels of serum E2 and FSH in the two groups increased, the above-mentioned indexes in observation group were statistically significantly better than those in control group （P〈0.05） . Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Bushen formula can further improve ovulation rate, pregnancy rate, and sex hormones levels of patients with PCOS.
