摘要
为了实现固化剂的内增韧,采用腰果酚、苯酚、甲醛和三乙烯四胺为原料,利用傅克烷基化反应和曼尼希反应制备了腰果酚-苯酚混酚改性胺固化剂。主要研究了固化剂与环氧树脂的室温固化工艺性能,室温固化物的固化度、粘接性能和综合力学性能(压缩性能、冲击性能、拉伸性能、硬度等)。结果表明,制备的腰果酚-苯酚混酚酚醛胺固化剂具有优良的冲击韧性、较长的适用期、室温快速固化能力、较高的力学性能和胶接性能优点,是一种综合性能较佳的环氧固化剂,有很好的应用前景。
In order to get the internal toughness of curing agent, the cardanol-phenol phenalkamine were prepared with cardanol, phenol,formaldehyde and triethylene tetraamine by Foucault alkylation and Mannich reaction. The room temperature curing properties of epoxy resin-car-danol-phenol phenalkamine were investigated, which included the degree of cure, adhesive properties and comprehensive mechanical properties(compressive performance, impact resistance, tensile properties and hardness, etc.). The results showed that the cardanol-phenol phenalkamine not only had the excellent impact toughness and longer pot life, but also possessed the rapid curing speed, higher mechanical properties and bonding per-formance. It was a kind of epoxy resin curing agent with better comprehensive performance, and had a good application prospect.
