人工锂皂石的合成工艺研究

摘要 采用Mg(OH)_2、SiO_2、LiF作为起始原料,研究了人工水热合成锂皂石的新工艺,并对其胶体性能进行了研究。结果表明,锂皂石的结晶度与胶体性能随着温度(100~200℃)、时间(1~6h)与固液比(5%~15%)的增加而增大,而其他因素对其影响不大。最后得出最佳锂皂石合成工艺条件为:反应时间6h;反应温度180℃;反应原料物质的量比Li F∶Mg(OH)2∶Si O2=0.26∶1∶1.5;反应固液比为20%。 A new synthesis process of artificial hectorite with the magnesium hydroxide, silica and lithium fluoride as raw materials was investi-gated, and the colloid performance was also studied. The results showed that the degree of crystallinity and colloid performance of hectorite would im-prove with the increase of the time(1~6 h), temperature(100~200℃) and ratio of solid/liquid(5%~15%); and other factors had little effects. Finally, the optimal conditions for synthesizing hectorite were obtained as follows: reaction time=6 h, Mg(OH)2∶Li F∶Si O2=1∶0.26∶1.5, temperature=180℃, ratio of solid to liquid =20%.
