摘要 目的探讨自我效能感、社会支持与大学生抑郁的关系。方法采用自我效能感量表、社会支持量表、抑郁自评量表对232名大学生进行调查,应用t检验、方差分析、回归分析等方法进行数据的统计处理。结果有抑郁症状大学生55人(23.7%),男性大学生抑郁得分高于女性大学生抑郁得分(P<0.05);回归分析结果显示自我效能感、社会支持得分、性别与抑郁得分负相关。结论自我效能感、社会支持、性别是大学生抑郁的影响因素。 Objective To discuss the relationship among social support, self-efficacy and de- pression in college students. Methods Two hundred and thirty-two college students were se- lected to complete self-rating depression scale (SDS) , general self-efficacy scale (GSES) , so- cial support rating scale (SSRS). All data were analyzed by descriptive analysis and regression analysis. Results College students with depression were 23.7%. The depression scores of male college students were higher than those of female college students. Regression results showed that self-efficacy, social support and gender were negative associated with depression. Conclusion Social support and self-efficacy are the influencing factors of depression in college students.
