摘要
随着警务巡逻模式的不断探索,移动警务站成为一种新兴的警务巡逻模式,本文在传统确定的最大覆盖模型基础上,考虑移动警务站覆盖警情的概率是两者距离的分段函数,将概率覆盖引入到移动警务站的布局优化中。由于警情发生的随机性和不确定性,建立了两个新的移动警务站布局随机模型,多重覆盖和单一覆盖。这两个随机模型均为非线性整数规划,将其转化为易求解的线性整数规划问题。最后,本文通过110警务信息平台系统获取警情数据,研究大兴区移动警务站的布局优化,为相关部门提供政策建议。
With the increasing exploration of police patrol mode, the mobile police stations have become an emerging pattern of policing patrol. Based on the deterministic maximal covering model, we consider the probability of the mobile police station covering alarms is a piecewise function of their distance, introduce probabilistic covering into the mobile police station deployment, propose two new mobile police station deployment stochastic models-multiple coverage and single coverage. These two models are nonlinear integer programming, which are potentially converted to linear integer programming. Finally, based on data from 110 alarm information platform, we determine the optimal deployment of mobile police stations in Daxing District, and provide policy advice to the relevant departments.
