摘要
针对针织无缝内衣机设备联网的功能需求,提出了一种针织设备联网的总体结构框架,设计了基于无线网络的针织无缝内衣机联网设备终端系统.采用ARM Cortex-A8微处理器和剪裁后Linux操作系统为系统基础平台,分析和归纳针织无缝内衣机的工艺特点和设备数据类型,制定了设备联网接入机制和数据通信协议,研究了服务器和设备间的数据交互流程、通信安全机制及其异常处理机制.在完成设备侧硬件设计和软件开发的情况下,用实验室搭建的机联网平台测试结果验证了机联网设备终端系统设计方案的正确性和可行性.
This paper put of knitting machine equipment forward a general framework network and designed a termi- nal equipment system of knitting seamless underwear ma chine based on wireless network, which met the functional requirements of equipment for knitting seamless underwear machine. System used the ARM Cortex-A8 microprocessorand Linux operating system after cutting as the basic plat- form. On this basis, this paper summarized the technology characteristics and equipment data types of knitted seamless underwear machine, formulated the equipment network ac- cess mechanism and data communication protocol, re- searched deeply the data between the server and the device interaction process, communication security and exception handling mechanism. When the hardware and software de- velopment of the equipment side have been completed, the correctness and feasibility of the design scheme of the net- work equipment terminal system are verified by the test re- sults of the knitting machine equipment network platform built from the laboratory.
