摘要
为了满足机床涂装需要,采用分区喷漆室涂装模式,基于PLC和触摸屏开发了现场控制系统.通过实现喷漆室的分区喷涂模式,降低了大型喷漆室的运行能耗.
In order to meet the needs of machine tool painting, the zoned spraying mode is applied and the field control system is developed based on PLC and touch screen. The zoned spraying mode is realized, which helps to reduce the operation energy consumption of large spray booth.
