日本高校职业生涯教育的经验与启示

On the Experience and Enlightenment of Career Education in Japanese Universities

大学生职业生涯教育关系着大学生的未来成长与发展。我国高校的职业生涯教育起步较晚、发展程度不足。日本对职业生涯教育的重视程度较高,从小学阶段开始一直持续到大学,并在大学阶段建立了相对完善的职业生涯教育体系。借鉴日本高校的先进经验,结合中国国情,提出不断改进和完善我国高校大学生职业生涯教育的思路和方法:健全高校大学生职业生涯教育的工作体系;将职业生涯教育融入大学生的教学课程中;强化和拓展高校就业指导中心的专业职能;寻求更多的社会资源参与大学生职业生涯教育。

Undergraduates＇ career education is related to their future growth and development. Chinese universi- ties＇ career education has just started and is developing very slowly. Japan attaches great importance to career ed- ucation, from primary schools to universities. Japan has built up a relatively well-developed career education sys- tem at the university level. In view of the advanced experience of Japanese universities, combining with China＇ s national conditions, we should provide methods to improve and perfect the career education of undergraduates in Chinese universities. We should improve the work system of undergraduates＇ career education. It is necessary to integrate career education into the curriculum of undergraduates. Besides, there is great need to strengthen and expand the professional competency of universities＇ career guidance center and seek more social resources to participate in undergraduates＇ career education.
