翻转课堂在高职思政课教学应用中的策略探讨 被引量:4

摘要 在互联网技术以及电子信息技术的带动下,翻转课堂逐渐被应用到我国各个阶段的教学工作中。首先,对现阶段高职思政课教学工作存在的大班教学方式对教学效率的限制、理论学习与能力培养相脱节以及教学手段过于单一的问题进行了分析;进而从翻转课堂切合高职思政课教学特征以及翻转课堂有助于因材施教、分层教学的开展两个角度分析了在高职思政课教学工作中引入翻转课堂的必要性;之后提出了通过制作丰富的教学资源、注重课堂引导、创新考核方式以及注重作业和项目的针对性、合理性四个方面促进翻转课堂在高职思政课教学应用;最后以一节思想政治课程为案例分析了翻转课堂的实际应用方法和效果。 With the development of the Internet technology and the electronic information technology, the flipped classroom is gradually applied in the teaching work in every stage of our country. First of all, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the teaching methods of the ideological and political work in higher vocational colleges, such as the limitation of teaching efficiency, the disconnection between theoretical study and ability cultivation, and also the single teaching method. Then in the light of the fact that the flipped classroom fits in with the practi- cal teaching characteristics of higher vocational ideological and political courses and that flipping the classroom helps the hierarchical teaching, the paper analyzes the necessity of introducing the thought of flipping the class- room work in political lessons in higher vocational colleges. Four aspects should be considered in the application of flipped classroom including enriching teaching resources, focusing on classroom guidance, innovating assess- ment methods and focusing on pertinence and rationality of the homework and projects. Finally, a case study of the ideological and political course is used to analyze the practical application and the effect of the flipped class- room.
