开放学习环境下远程教育学习支助服务评价体系探究

摘要 学习支助服务是远程教育的两大功能之一,它是远程教育的重要支柱,在远程教育中学习支助服务渗透到整个课程的设计、开发和发送过程中,为学习者提供高质量的学习辅导、以及更高效的教学和学习支助服务,成为新时代远程教育发展的要求。本文通过对远程学习支助服务的概念、文献和问卷分析,构建出学习支助服务评价指标体系,并通过运用spss对指标体系进行数据拟合与验证分析,研究结果表明指标体系具有较好的描述性统计、信度、效度,可供从事远程教育的管理人员、教师、远程学习者或辅助远程教育院校(机构)评定其学习支持服务效果的一个参考工具。 Learning support service is one of two major functions of distance education and important pillar in distance education. In distance education, it runs through the design, development and sending of whole courses, provides high quality learning support, more efficient teaching and learning support service and becomes the requirement of distance education development of new age. The paper establishes evaluation index system of learning support service and makes data fitting and verifying analysis on the index system with SPSS through analyzing the concept, literature and questionnaire of distance learning support service. The result shows that the index system has better descriptive statistics, credibility and validity and can be used as a tool for management staff, teachers, learners of distance educaiton or aided distance education institutions(agencies) to assess the effect of their learning support services.
