Application of PDCA Management Method in Reducing the Infection Risk of Laboratory Biosafety

目的研究PDCA管理工具在降低实验室生物安全感染风险中的应用效果。方法以实验室生物安全管理办法为主,结合医院评审标准中有关实验室生物安全相应条款,应用PDCA管理工具,对医院实验室在生物安全管理及防护措施中存在的问题进行分析改进,并评价改进效果。结果改进后实验室生物安全柜内物品摆放合格率、紧急冲淋洗眼器每日检查执行率均高于改进前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);改进前后洗眼器用水生物监测合格率均为100%;新建立的高致病性标本高压蒸汽灭菌交接记录执行率100%。结论 PDCA管理方法能有效提高实验室生物安全管理质量,降低生物安全感染风险,保障实验室工作人员的职业安全。

Objective To research the application effect of PDCA management tool in reducing the infection risk of laboratory biosafety. Methods We mainly used the method of laboratory biosafety management, and combined with the corresponding terms of the laboratory biosafety in the hospital accreditation standards. We applied the PDCA management tools, then analysed the problem of the hospital laboratory biosafety management and protection measures, and evaluated the improvement effect. Results After improvement, the qualified rate of item placement in the laboratory biosafty cabinet and the execution rate of daily check for emergency eyewash were higher than before （P 〈 0.05）. The difference was statistically＇significant. The qualified rate of biological monitoring for eyewash water were 100% before and after improvement. The execution rate of the handover record for the new high pathogenic specimens was 100%. Conclusion PDCA management method can effectively improve the quality of laboratory biosafety management, reduce the infection risk of laboratory biosafety and ensure the occupational safety of laboratory staff.
