观察泌尿外科腔镜技术治疗结石性脓肾的效果

Observation of the Effect of Endoscopic Technique in the Treatment of Calculous Pyogenic Kidney in Department of Urology

目的探讨泌尿外科腔镜技术治疗结石性脓肾的效果。方法选择我院收治的结石性脓肾患者74例,随机分为治疗组、对照组,对照组对患者实施肾切除术治疗,治疗组对患者实施泌尿外科腔镜技术治疗,对比两组患者的临床手术效果。结果治疗组患者的手术时间为(57.0±24.0)min,术中出血量为(43.4±2.3)ml,对照组患者的手术时间为(61.0±26.0)min,术中出血量为(77.5±5.8)ml,治疗组患者的手术时间和术中出血量低于对照组(P<0.05);对照组患者的结石残留率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对结石性脓肾采取泌尿外科腔镜技术进行治疗效果显著,出血量较少,手术时间缩短,以及结石残留率相对较低。

Objective To investigate the effect of endoscopic urotomy on calculous pyogenic kidney. Methods A total of 74 patients with calculous pyogenic kidney in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group, control group, Nephrectomy was performed on the patients. The treatment group was treated by endoscopic urologic surgery, the clinical effects of two groups of patients were compared. Results The operation time of the treatment group was （57.0±24.0）min, the intraoperative blood loss was （43.4±2.3）ml, the control group was （61.0±26.0）min, the blood loss was （77.5±5.8）ml （P 〈 0.05）. The residual rate of stone in the control group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of calculous pyogenic kidney by urology endoscopy is effective, with less bleeding, shorter operative time, and lower residual rate of stones, which has clinical value of popularization.
