经皮浅静脉连续环形缝扎术治疗下肢静脉曲张

Percutaneous Superficial Vein Continuous Annular Suture for Varicose Veins of the Lower Extremity

目的探讨经皮浅静脉连续环形缝扎术治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年3月—2017年3月收治的100例下肢静脉曲张的患者,随机分为两组,对照组进行常规治疗,观察组进行经皮浅静脉连续环形缝扎术治疗,对比其疗效。结果观察组患者的出血量、手术时间、住院时间以及切口数量均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论下肢静脉曲张采用经皮浅静脉连续环形缝扎术治疗可以提高其临床效果,减少患者出血量,缩短手术时间和住院时间,减少手术切口,降低对患者的创伤,促进患者创面的愈合。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of continuous circumferential suture of percutaneous superficial vein in the treatment of varicose veins of the lower extremities. Methods 100 cases of patients with lower extremity varicose veins from March 2016 to March 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated routinely, and the observation group was treated by continuous percutaneous superficial vein suture. Its efficacy. Results The bleeding volume, operation time, hospitalization time and number of incisions in observation group were better than those in control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conelusion The treatment of varicose veins in the lower extremity with continuous circumferential suture of percutaneous superficial vein can improve the clinical effect, reduce the amount of bleeding, shorten the operation time and hospitalization time, reduce the surgical incision, reduce the trauma to the patient and promote the wound healing of patients.
