分析DDD起搏器植入后不同患者动态心电图的表现

Analysis of Dynamic Electrocardiogram in Different Patients After DDD Pacemaker Implantation

目的分析DDD起搏器植入后不同患者的动态心电图表现。方法本次对象为2014年7月—2017年2月我院安装DDD型人工起搏器患者130例,按适应证分成两组:传导阻滞65例为对照组,窦房结构功能异常65例为观察组,统计两组患者的临床表现。结果观察组、对照组的起搏比例为60%以上或60%以下的发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但起搏比例为60%以上发生率高于60%以下,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在心律失常发生情况下,两组频发房颤、房速发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论观察DDD起搏器植入患者动态心电图表现,能了解起搏器的工作状况,为疾病诊治提供保障。

Objective To analyze the dynamic electrocardiogram manifestations of different patients after DDD pacemaker implantation. Methods 130 patients with DDD pacemaker were selected in our hospital from July 2014 to February 2017. They were divided into two groups according to indication： 65 cases of conduction block, 65 cases of sinoatrial structural dysfunction, and the clinical manifestations of two groups were studied. Results There was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group about pacing ratio above 60% or less than 60% （P 〉 0.05）, but the proportion more than 60% pacing rate was higher th- that less tha-x 60% （P 〈 0.05）; in the occurrence of arrhythmia, there was significant difference between two groups about frequent atrial fibrillation, atrial tachycardia rate （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The observation on the dynamic electrocardiogram of DDD pacemaker implantation, can help to understand the working condition of the pacemaker and provide a guarantee for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
