阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Acute Ischemic Stroke Treated by Intravenous Thrombolytic Therapy With Opioppenzyme

目的探讨阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的应用效果。方法选用2016年11月—2017年11月我院救治的60例急性缺血性脑卒中患者为研究对象,均分为两组,对照组为常规治疗,观察组为阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗,对比两组治疗情况。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,治疗后,两组的NIHSS评分低于治疗前、巴塞尔指数评分高于治疗前,观察组疗效优于对照组。结论阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的应用效果显著,症状得到改善,提高治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of intravenous thrombolytic therapy on acute ischemic stroke. Methods 60 cases of acute ischemic stroke treated in our hospital from November 2016 to November 2017 were selected and divided into two groups. The control group was treated with conventional therapy, while the observation group was treated with intravenous thrombolysis with opioppenzyme intravenous thrombolytic therapy. The treatment Of two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. After the treatment, the scores of the NIHSS and Basel index in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment, and the observation group was higher than the control group. Conclusion The effect of intravenous thrombolytic therapy on acute ischemic stroke is remarkable, the symptoms are improved and the therapeutic effect is improved.
