参松养心胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效以及对血脂的影响

Clinical Effects of Shensongyangxin Capsule for Coronary Heart Disease and Stable Angina and Influence on Blood Lipid

目的观察参松养心胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效以及对血脂的影响。方法择取我院2012年1月—2016年6月的280例冠心病心绞痛患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组140例;观察组患者给予基础治疗并加用参松养心胶囊,对照组给予基础治疗并加用益心胶囊,观察并对比两组治疗的临床效果以及治疗前后血脂4项指标的变化。结果两组治疗临床效果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与治疗前相比,两组治疗后血脂4项指标均有一定改善(P<0.01),与对照组比较,观察组治疗后的改善明显(P<0.01)。结论参松养心胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效显著,且可改善患者血脂水平,优于益心胶囊。

Objective To explore the effects of shensongyangxin capsule for coronary heart disease and stable angina and influence on blood lipid. Methods 280 cases with coronary heart disease and stable angina from January 2012 to June 2016 were selected and divided into observation group （n=140） and control group （n=140）. All the cases were taken routine treatment. Besides, observation group was treated with shensongyangxin capsule and control group was treated with yixin capsule. Clinical effects and blood lipid indexes were compared. Results No significant difference of clinical effects showed in the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. After treatment, TCH, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C indexes were improved in the two groups （P 〈 0.01）. Compared with control group, the improvement in observation group was more obvious （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Shensongyangxin capsule can improve the blood lipid level with significant differences for patients with coronary heart disease and stable angina.
