糖尿病合并高血压患者腹外科手术的术前及术后护理体会

Preoperative and Postoperative Nursing Experience of Abdominal Surgery in Diabetic Patients With Hypertension

目的对糖尿病合并高血压腹外科手术患者的术前及术后护理进行探讨分析。方法根据2013年1月—2014年2月我院的50例糖尿病合并高血压腹外科手术患者开展探讨,患者分成了两组,均为25例,对照组使用常规的护理方式,观察组采取优质护理方式,对比分析了两组的临床护理情况,总结患者的满意度情况。结果护理后,观察组有20例护理满意,3例一般,2例不满意,临床护理满意度92%。对照组有16例满意,1例一般,8例不满意,临床护理满意度是68%。观察组患者的总满意度比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病合并高血压患者接受腹外科手术时,术前术后护理能够改善患者症状,提升手术的成功率。

Objective To investigate and analyze the preoperative and postoperative nursing of patients with diabetes combined with hypertension undergoing abdominal surgery. Methods 50 cases of diabetic patients with hypertension who underwent abdominal surgery from January 2013 to February 2014 in our hospital were divided into two groups, there were 25 cases in the control group and routine nursing was carried out, the observation group was take nursing quality, the clinical nursing situation of two groups was analyzed, the degree of satisfaction of patients was summarized. Results After nursing, 20 patients in the observation group were satisfied with nursing, 3 cases were general satisfied, 2 cases were dissatisfied, and the satisfaction degree of clinical nursing was 92%. In the control group, 16 cases were satisfied, 1 case was general satisfied, 8 cases were dissatisfied, and the satisfaction of clinical nursing was 68%. The total satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion For diabetic patients with hypertension undergoing abdominal surgery, preoperative and postoperative care can improve symptoms and improve the success rate of surgery.
