品管圈活动在提高患者安全管理中的应用效果

The Application Effect of Quality Tube Circle in Improving Patients' Safety Management

目的探究品管圈活动在提高患者安全管理中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月—2017年8月我院创伤外科共200例患者为观察对象,按照实施品管圈活动时间点为分组截点,分为对照组(n=96)和观察组(n=104),分析对比两组患者意外事件发生率,即管路滑脱发生率、高危患者跌倒/坠床发生率和高危患者压疮发生率。结果观察组患者实施品管圈活动,无管路滑脱意外事件发生,对照组患者管路滑脱发生率5.2%(P<0.05),护理不良事件总发生率观察组患者1.9%,低于对照组9.4%(P<0.05)。结论实施品管圈活动在提高患者安全管理方面具有积极效果,减少护理不良事件发生率基础上实现更大程度护理收益,提升康复效率。

Objective Study on the application effect of the product loop activity in improving patient safety management. Methods From January 2016 to August 2016, 200 cases with trauma surgery altogether as observation object, according to the implementation of quality management circle activity time point for grouping cutoffpoint, divided into the control group （n=96） and observation group （n=104）, the incidence of accident analysis compared two groups of patients, namely line slip rate, incidence of high-risk patients fall/drop of bed and high-risk patients the incidence of pressure ulcers. Results Observation group of patients to implement quality management circle activity, no line slip accidents, controlled way line slippage rate 5.2% （P 〈 0.05）, the total incidence of nursing adverse events observed group patients were 1.9%, lower than the control group 9.4% （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of quality management circle activity in improving patient safety management should have a positive effect, on the basis of reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events achieved greater care benefits, improve recovery efficiency.
