摘要
目的探索综合护理对脑梗死患者的语言及肢体康复的干预效果。方法选取2016年3月—2017年2月在本院进行治疗的120例脑梗死患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例,观察组和对照组分别采用综合护理干预和常规护理。结果观察组患者护理后的Barthel评分、Fugl-Meyer评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对脑梗死患者实施综合护理干预效果显著。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the language and limb rehabilitation of the patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 120 patients with cerebral infarction who were treated in our hospital from March 2016 to February 2017 were selected as the subjects of this study. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 60 cases in each group. The observation group and the control group received comprehensive nursing intervention and routine nursing respectively. Results The Barthel score and Fugl-Meyer score of the patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with cerebral infarction is remarkable.
