Application Strategy of Fault Tree Analysis in Maintenance of Engineering Machinery

在机械故障维修中,诊断错误会影响生产作业的及时恢复,也会导致人、财、物力浪费。基于此,以柴油机和装载机的故障维修为例,探讨了故障树分析法在工程机械维修中的应用策略,以期为一线作业提供理论指导。

In mechanical failure maintenance, fault diagnosis not only affects the timely recovery of production operations, but also leads to unnecessary waste of people, money and material resources. Based on this, this paper takes the failure maintenance of diesel engine and the loader as an example, discusses the application strategy of fault tree analysis in the maintenance of engineering machinery, in order to provide theoretical guidance for the first line operation.
