Influence of Drilling-and-blasting on Industrial Economy of Opencast Coal Mine

通过对黑岱沟露天煤矿穿孔爆破的实践总结,研究讨论穿孔爆破成本优化方案。爆破中炸药的成本在露天煤矿生产成本中占很大比例,通过对日常工作中穿孔爆破数据的摸索,总结出提高爆破质量、降低炸药单耗的具体手段方法。这对露天煤矿的发展具有深远意义。

Based on summarizing experience of the drilling-and-blasting in Heidaigou open-pit coal mine, this paper discusses the optimization scheme for the cost of drilling-and-blasting. The cost of explosive makes up a large proportion of production cost in open-pit coal mine, this paper sums up the specific method which improves blasting quality and reduces unit consumption of explosive by exploring the data of drilling-and-blasting in the daily work,which is of great significance to the economic development of open-pit coal mine.
