摘要
以某台300 MW机组为例,分析了锅炉的原始参数,并经计算得出热经济性指标,8台加热器上端差每降低2℃,电厂总效率提升2个百分点,下端差每降低2℃,效率下降1个百分点。在运行中应该适当地调整端差,从而提高电厂的经济性。
Taking a 300 MW unit as an example, the original parameters of the boiler were analyzed, and the thermal economic index was calculated through calculation. The difference of the upper end of 8 heaters was decreased by 2 degrees, the total efficiency of the power plant was increased by 2 percentage points, and the difference of the lower end was reduced by 2 degrees, and the efficiency decreased by 1 percentage points. Therefore, the end difference should be properly adjusted in operation so as to improve the economy of the power plant.
