论中学英语教师专业化发展中的问题及建议—以重庆市高中英语教师专业发展为例

摘要 本文以重庆市高中英语教师专业发展的情况为例,分析了我国教师专业化发展中存在的问题,一是理论研究不够,二是政策不到位,三是教师社会地位不高,经济收入偏低。指出要加强理论研究,制定、落实相应政策,切实提高教师社会地位和经济收入,促进我国教师专业化发展,以确保新一轮课程改革的顺利进行。 Based on the condition that high school English teachers' professional development in Chongqing as an example, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the professional development of teachers in China. First, the theoretical research is not enough; Second, the policy is not in place; Third, teachers have low social status and low economic income. The writer think that it is necessary to strengthen theoretical research, formulate corresponding policies, improve teachers' social status and economic income, so as to ensure the smooth progress of the new curriculum reform.
