肾下盏解剖结构对输尿管软镜碎石术疗效影响的研究进展 被引量:21

Research progress of pelvicaliceal anatomy on the efficacy of flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy for lower calyceal renal calculi

摘要 输尿管软镜技术近年来已成为治疗难治性肾下盏结石的有效手段。但由于肾盏结构相对复杂,尤其是肾下盏解剖结构变异大,对于输尿管软镜治疗肾下盏结石的疗效不一,清除率报道不尽相同。充分了解和准确认识肾下盏解剖结构对于患者病情评估,提高治疗效果有重要的指导意义。本文就肾下盏解剖结构及其对输尿管软镜碎石术疗效的影响作一综述。 The flexible ureteroscope has become an efficacious primary treatment for patients with lower calyceal renal calculi.Due to the relatively complex structure of the pelvicaliceal anatomy,especially in the lower calyceal,the efficacy and clearance rates of flexible ureteroscope for lower pole renal stones varied.To investigate and grasp the anatomy of the lower pelvicaliceal anatomy is important for evaluating the patient's flexible ureteroscope surgical indications and improving the surgical efficacy.This article reviews the anatomy of the lower calyx and its effect on the efficacy of flexible ureteroscope for lower calyceal renal stones.
