Acrylic fiber is a mature product that remains alive due to its unusual versatility. The Portuguese company Fisipe S.A.. Lavradio, produces acrylic fibers with special touch, low pilling, raw white easy to dye and dyed fiber. To produce these fibers the company studied the process and started to control it from the raw material （ACN） until the final prodcut, the fiber. This capability creates opportunites to develop technical fibers for sectors like the construction, filtration and automotive industries. Currently the company has different types of technical fibers in the product portfolio such as Pulp＋ , Binder＋ , Asphal＋, Filter＋ -acrylic fibers with and without crimping, high tenacity available with different finishes depending on its application.
