摘要
介绍了中医药人才培养的创新模式与基本思路,阐述了个性化中医人才培养的核心要义,是对学校办学特色的传承与创新,是对中医药教育的人文、科学、社会属性的有机融合与发展。介绍了个性化中医药人才培养模式构建的基本路径:更新教育理念,重视创造个性发展;优化课程体系,促进个性自由发展;革新教学模式,丰富个性化学习手段;深化学分制改革,开拓个性化培养途径;搭建教育信息化平台,拓展个性化学习空间。
The innovative mode and basic thinking train are introduced, and the kernel significance of individual training of TCM personnel is elaborated, which inherit and create the features of university management, and combine and develop the humanistic, scientific and social attributes of TCM education. The basic path of construction individual training mode for TCM personnel is to update educational ideas, pay attention to creating personality development, optimize curriculum system, improve personal free development, reform teaching modes,enrich individual learning approaches, deepen reform of credit system, open individualization training ways, build educational information platform, and expand personality learning space.
