摘要
在采用应变法测量飞行载荷时,针对具体结构的机翼,应变改装位置以及载荷方程的准确性对于测量飞行载荷具有重要作用。针对某型飞机根部有加强墙的双梁结构机翼的飞行载荷测量,论述了载荷方程建立过程并结合飞行数据对方程的准确性进行验证。根据分析结果,得到满足工程应用的飞行载荷方程,分析梁上电桥对载荷方程的影响,为测量相似结构机翼飞行载荷、应变改装以及载荷方程建立提供参考。
The strain modification position and the accuracy of the load equation are important for using strain method to measure the flight load. This paper analyzed the process of establishing load equation and tested the accuracy of the equation for a certain type of aircraft wing. According to the analysis, the equations of flight load for engineering applications were obtained, and the influence of the bridge on the load equation is obtained. The results provide reference for measuring wing load of the similar structures.
