Construction of Research Supervisor Team in Military Hospital

在当前医改、军改的双重背景下,军队医院导师队伍建设存在申报途径少、招生难、精力有限、压力大等问题。文章针对军队医院研究生导师队伍建设的特点进行探讨与实践,探索顺应改革、适合军队医院发展的导师队伍建设的管理方法和措施,提出拓展院校合作、提升导师素质、完善激励制度、加强平台建设等方法,不断提升军队医院导师队伍建设水平。

Under the circumstances of health care reform and military reform, there are some problems in building the team of research supervisor. For example, there are few ways to apply for the research supervisor, and it＇s hard to enroll new students. In addition, the research supervisors have limited energy and great stress. We ex- plored the ways to build the team of research supervisors to meet the reform. By practicing and discussing, we sug- gest to improve the level of research supervisor team, look for more cooperation between hospitals and universities, improve the quality of research supervisors and motivation system, and strengthen the construction of platform.
