Nursing Intervention in Patients with OSAHS

目的观察围监测期全面护理干预,对多导睡眠监测仪(PSG)监测睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者成功率的影响。方法以入院病历号为编号,根据随机数字表,将320例疑似OSAHS患者随机分成两组,每组160例。患者入院后,为确诊均行多导睡眠监测仪监测。监测过程中,对照组按照常规护理方法,观察组同时给予患者围监测期护理干预,观察OSAHS诊断率、监测成功率、舒适度、情绪变化及对护理满意度。结果观察组监测成功率为98.7%(158/160),OSAHS阳性率为64.6%(102/158),均高于对照组95.0%(152/160)和59.9%(91/152),P<0.05;监测失败原因中,对照组因睡眠时间短者6例(3.8%)高于观察组1例,P<0.05;监测开始时、监测完成时,观察组GCQ评分分别为(45.9±4.7)分和(52.7±4.4)分,均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度(95.0%)明显高于对照组患者(81.3%),P<0.05。结论围监测期全面护理干预可有效提高PSG对OSAHS的监测成功率,提高患者监测过程中的舒适度,从而提高患者对护理工作的满意程度。

Objective To observe the effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on monitoring success rate of polysonmography （PSG） monitoring patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome （OSAHS） dur- ing the perioperative period. Methods 320 cases of suspected OSAHS were randomly divided into two groups ac- cording to the random number table, with 160 cases in each group. After admission, the patients were diagnosed with multiple sleep monitor. During the monitoring process, the patients in control group were given routine nursing care, while the patients in observation group were given the perioperative nursing intervention. The OSAHS diagnosis rate, the success rate, the comfort degree, the change of mood and the satisfaction degree of nursing were observed. Re- sults The success monitoring rate of observation group was 98.7% （ 158/160）, and the positive rate of OSAHS was 64.6% （102/158）, which were higher than those of the control group 95.0% （152/160）and 59.9% （91/152）, P 〈0.05 ; 6 cases （3.8%）monitoring failure for a short sleeper in control group,which was higher than that of the ob- servation group （P 〈0.05）. GCQ scores in observation group were （45.9±4.7） and （52.7 ±4.4） at the beginning of the monitoring and after monitoring, which were higher than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05） ; the satisfaction with nursing in observation group was （95.0%）, which was significandy higher than that of the control group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the monitoring success rate of PSG monitoring of OSAHS, and improve comfort during monitoring, so as to improve the satisfaction of pa- tients to nursing work.
