载人航天发射场医院卫勤保障中的护理实践

目的探讨载人航天发射场卫勤保障护理工作做法。方法回顾总结2015年5月至今,参与并完成多次任务保障的护理工作创新做法,从护理体系构建、方案预案制定、实战化组训、物资器材质控管理、加强人才队伍培养以及优质为兵服务进行分析研究。结果定置动态联合质控管理有效保证卫勤保障物品设备完好率,创新实战化护理组训方法有效保证卫勤保障护理队伍人员编组、骨干储备和环境适应性救护能力提高,圆满完成年度卫勤保障任务。结论从严从难从实战出发,创新实战化护理组训,物品定置动态管理,精心为兵服务,为载人航天飞行卫勤保障护理工作提供理论与方法支持。

Objective To explore the practice approaches of medical care nursing work in the manned space launch field. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the creative practices of nursing work in our hospital based on participating and completing multiple protective tasks, from the nursing system construction, plan devel- opment, combat group training, material control and management, personnel training and military service improve- ment from May 2015 to now. Results Dynamic joint quality control management effectively keeps the medical se- curity equipment in good condition, and innovative and practical group training method ensures the improvement of medical care team grouping, backbone reserving and environment - adapt rescue ability, and the successful com- pletion of the annual medical mission tasks. Conclusion Starting from the hardness and actual combat, creative practical nursing training, dynamic goods management, and careful military services will be used to provide theoret- ical and methodological support for the manned space flight safety care.
