摘要
本文利用传输线描述法推导了外腔半导体激光器的主动锁模方程。在对锁模方程分析的基础上,得到了对实验有指导意义的结果。实验观察到了锁模现象。
The active mode-locking equations of an external Cavity semi- conductor Laser are deduced with the transmission Line description method in this paper.The directive results to the experiment are obtained on the Basis of the analysis of mode locking equations.The mode locking pheno- menon has been observed in the experiment.
