HIV/STDs related phone application:a systematic review

目的系统回顾中国市面上现有的艾滋病病毒（HIV）/性传播疾病（STDs）（简称HIV/STDs）相关的手机应用软件,对其内容、功能、目标人群、下载量等情况进行评价。方法 2017年1-2月,在Apple Store与Android两个应用市场上进行检索,将符合条件的软件进行下载,对其功能进行分析。结果最终纳入分析的手机应用软件共有33个,18个（54.5%）来自Apple Store,11个（33.3%）来自Android市场,4个（12.1%）在两个应用市场均可检索到。整体上讲,HIV/STDs相关手机应用软件在应用市场中所占的比例很小,呈现出更新缓慢或停止更新,未能充分使用互动。很多手机应用软件的功能简单、内容较少,欠缺参与性和吸引力,使用率低。结论市场上存在的HIV/STDs相关的手机应用软件（APP）质量和功能参差不齐。以患者需求为导向、内容丰富、个体化的手机应用软件的开发与应用,在传递HIV预防和关怀服务上,将具有重要的社会意义和经济价值。

Objective To review the existing HIV/STDs related mobile phone applications in China,and to evaluate the content,function,target population,and download amount.Methods From 1^（st） January to 28^（th） February,2017,Apple Store and Android Market were searched.Eligible applications on the market were downloaded and analyzed.Results A total of 33 applications were included in the final analysis,with 18（54.5% ）from Apple Store,11（33.3% ）from Android Market,and 4（12.1% ）from both stores.Overall,the proportion of HIV/STDs related applications in the application market was small.Most applications updated slowly or stopped update,and interaction was not fully used.Many features of applications were simple,lacked participation or attractiveness,and utilization.Conclusion HIV/STDs related applications on the market varied in quality and function,and do not appeal to users.The development and implementation of mobile phone application based on the needs of patients,will have enormous social and economic value in the HIV prevention and care services.
