股骨颈骨折的中西医结合治疗分析

Analysis of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for femoral neck fracture

目的分析股骨颈骨折的中西医结合治疗效果。方法 102例股骨颈骨折患者,采用电脑单双号抽取的方式分为参照组和观察组,每组51例。参照组患者实施西药治疗,观察组患者实施中西医结合治疗,观察比较两组患者治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率98.04%高于参照组的84.31%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率5.88%低于参照组的19.61%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对股骨颈骨折患者实施中西医结合治疗,临床效果理想,能够缩短治疗时间,降低不良反应发生率,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the treatment effect of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for femoral neck fracture. Methods A total of 102 femoral neck fracture patients were divided by computer single and double decimation method into control group and observation group, with 51 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Western medicine, and the observation group was treated with combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Observation and comparison were made on treatment effect and occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups. Results The observation group had higher total effective rate as 98.04% than 84.31% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The observation group had lower incidence of adverse reactions as 5.88% than 19.61% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈O.05）. Conclusion Combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine shows ideal clinical effect, and can shorten treatment time and reduce incidence of adverse reactions. It is worthy of oromotion.
