学生的权利和义务论纲

A Discussion on Student's Rights and Duties

学生的权利和义务在类型上有直接和间接之分,也有第一性和第二性之别,还有可剥夺或可放弃和不可剥夺或不可放弃之异。学生的权利和义务具有标的同一性、自主实现阶段性、不可转让性、时空特定性和实现的平等相对性等特点。

A student has dual status of the citizen and the student,which entrust with the student the corresponding rights and duties.Student's rights and duties could be differentiated in the type as direct and the indirect,first natural and the second natural,and may be deprived or give up and cannot be deprived or cannot give up.Student's rights and duties have the characteristics of target identity,independently realize gradualness,can not be made over to others,space and time specific and equal relativity and so on.
