摘要 介绍了智能碳板的生产原理及加固监测工作原理,结合某桥梁加固工程,采用智能碳板对其进行加固监测,研究结果表明:智能碳板具有良好的自感知性能,监测精度高;能完整跟踪预应力碳板的张拉过程;可以较好地监测出张拉施工过程中由于千斤顶油表读数的人为误差和不规范施工造成的碳板少张拉或超张拉的情况;并可以对智能碳板内的预应力损失进行监测。智能碳板用于桥梁加固监测工作是有效的,具有良好的工程应用前景。 This paper introduces the production principle of smart CFRP plate and the working principle of reinforcement and monitoring, combined with the old bridge reinforcement, using smart prestressed CFRP plate to strengthen and monitor the bridge. The experimental results show that the smart CFRP plate has good self-sensing property and high monitoring precision;and completely tracking the tension process of smart prestressed CFRP plate; and preferably monitoring the less tension or super tension in the tensioning process of smart prestressed CFRP plate caused by the jack oil readings of human error and non-standard construction; and monitoring the prestress loss of smart prestressed CFRP plate. The smart prestressed CFRP plate is effective for reinforcement and monitoring of'bridge and possesses a good prospect of engineering applications.
