益心宁神片联合西药治疗双心疾病抑郁焦虑随机平行对照研究

Randomized Controlled Study of Yixinning Decoction combined with Western Medicine in Depression and Anxiety of Double Heart Disease

[目的]观察益心宁神片联合西药治疗双心疾病抑郁焦虑疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将120例住院及门诊患者按就诊顺序号随机分两组;控制血压,降低血糖、尿酸等。对照组60例氟西汀,2次/d。治疗组60例益心宁神片,3次/d,3片/次。连续治疗1个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]气短疗效两组间无明显差异(P>0.05),胸痛、胸闷、心悸、不寐、自汗、舌有瘀斑、舌有瘀点疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。SAS、SDS两组均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01).[结论]益心宁神片联合西药治疗双心疾病抑郁焦虑,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Yixinning tablet and western medicine on the depression and anxiety of patients with double heart disease. [Methods] Using randomized parallel control method, 120 inpatients and outpatients were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of visit; according to the condition, control blood pressure, lower blood sugar, uric acid and other symptomatic treatment. Control group, 60 cases of fluoxetine, 2 times/d. Treatment group of 60 Yixin Ning tablets, 3 times/d, 3 tablets/time. Continuous treatment for 1 month for a course of treatment. Clinical symptoms, anxiety selfrating scale（SAS）, depression self-rating scale（SDS） and adverse reactions were observed. Treatment of a course of treatment to determine the efficacy. [Result] There was no significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）. Chest pain, chest tightness, palpitation, insomnia, spontaneous perspiration, ecchymosis of the tongue and petechia of tongue were better than the control group（P0.05）. SAS, SDS treatment group improved better than the control group（P0.05, P0.01）. [Conclusion] Yixinning tablet combined with Western medicine in the treatment of depression and anxiety of patients with dual heart disease has satisfactory curative effect and no serious adverse reactions, which deserves promotion.
