健脊方气疗法联合康复训练治疗强直性脊柱炎(肾虚瘀阻)随机平行对照研究

A Randomized Parallel Controlled Study on the Treatment of Ankylosing Spondylitis(kidney deficiency and stasis) with JIANJI PRESCRIPTION QI THERAPY combined with Rehabilitation Training

[目的]观察健脊方气疗法联合康复训练治疗强直性脊柱炎(肾虚瘀阻)疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将120例住院患者按病志号抽签方法简单随机分两组。对照组60例柳氮磺吡啶第1周口服0.25g、3次/d,第2、3周分别为0.5kg、0.75g,第4周后剂量为1.0g,2次/d;布洛芬,1片/次,3次/d。治疗组60例健脊方汽疗联合康复训练:(1)健脊方(秦艽、鸡血藤各25g,杜仲、牛膝、川芎、伸筋草、狗脊、续断、补骨脂、艾叶、淫羊藿、延胡索各20g,羌活、独活各15g),中药汽疗仪药物雾化器,范围38~45℃,30min/次,1次/d;(2)康复训练(桥式训练、正立位、飞燕训练、立正位、双手交叉)。连续治疗12周为1疗程。观测临床症状、脊柱痛、夜间痛、PGA、BASDAI、BASFI、BASMI、CRP、ESR、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]脊柱痛、夜间痛、PGA、BASDAI、BASFI、BASMI、CRP、ESR改善治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。[结论]健脊方气疗法联合康复训练治疗强直性脊柱炎(肾虚瘀阻),疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe the curative effect of square ridge gas therapy combined with rehabilitation training on ankylosing spondylitis（kidney deficiency stasis）. [Methods] Using randomized parallel control method, 120 inpatients were randomly divided into two groups randomly according to the method of lot drawing. Control group, 60 cases of sulfasalazine oral 0.25 g, 1 week, 3 times/d, 2,3 weeks were 0.5 kg, 0.75 g,4 weeks after the dose of 1.0 g, 2 times/d; ibuprofen, 1 tablet/time, 3 times/d. Treatment group of 60 Jianji Recipe joint rehabilitation training：（1） Jianji Fang（Gentiana straminea, Millettia each 25 g, Eucommia,Achyranthes, Chuanxiong, lean grass, dog＇s spine, dipsacus, psoralen, leaves, prostitution Epimedium,Corydalis 20 g, Notopterygium, independent living each 15 g）, medicine steam therapy instrument nebulizer,range 38~45 ℃, 30 min/time, 1 time/d;（2） rehabilitation training（orthostatic training, Chebi training, standing,hands crossed）. Continuous treatment for 12 weeks for a course of treatment. Clinical symptoms, spinal pain,nocturnal pain, PGA, BASDAI, BASFI, BASMI, CRP, ESR, adverse reactions were observed. Continuous treatment of 2 courses to determine the efficacy. [Result] Spinal pain, nocturnal pain, PGA, BASDAI, BASFI,BASMI, CRP and ESR improve the treatment group than the control group（P0.05, P0.01）. [Conclusion]Combination of Jianji Recipe and rehabilitation training in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis（kidney deficiency stasis） has satisfactory curative effect and no serious adverse reactions and is worth promoting.
