梅花针叩刺放血拔罐治疗急性期带状疱疹随机平行对照研究

Percussopunctator Cupping Bloodletting Acute Herpes Zoster Treatment Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察梅花针叩刺放血拔罐治疗急性期带状疱疹疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将118例患者按随机数字表方法简单随机分为两组。对照组59例阿昔洛韦,0.2g/次,3次/d,口服;甲钴胺,0.5mg/次,3次/d,口服。治疗组56例梅花针叩刺放血:患者充分暴露受损皮肤,常规消毒后,以稳、准、快的手法由轻到重对皮损及疼痛部位进行叩刺,以表皮微微渗血为度;然后在渗血部位,用中号玻璃火罐拔于其上,留罐1~2min,使其表皮微量出血,隔3日治疗1次。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、皮疹、后遗神经痛、不良反应。治疗1疗程(10d)。[结果]治疗组痊愈47例,显效4例,有效6例,无效2例,总有效率96.61%;对照组痊愈25例,显效5例,有效8例,无效21例,总有效率64.40%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]梅花针叩刺放血拔罐治疗急性期带状疱疹,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe Percussopunctator cupping bloodletting curative effect in the treatment of acute herpes zoster. [Methods] 118 patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group of 59 cases treated with acyclovir, 0.2 g/times, 3 times/d,oral; Mecobalamin, 0.5 mg/times, 3 times/d, oral.The treatment group of 56 cases of plum blossom needle bloodletting： the patient fully exposed the damaged skin, after routine disinfection, to steady, accurate and fast way from mild to severe pain on the skin lesions and tapping, with slightly oozing of skin;Then in the bleeding site, with medium glass cupping on the pull, stay for 1~2 min, the epidermal trace bleeding, every 3 days for 1 times. Continuous treatment for 1 courses of 10 d. Observation of clinical symptoms, rash, neuralgia, adverse reaction. Treatment of 1 courses of treatment（10 d）. [Results] The treatment group 47 cases were cured, 4 cases were cured, 6 cases effective, 2 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 96.61%; control group 25 cases were cured, 5 cases markedly effective, 8 cases effective, 21 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 64.40%;the treatment group than the control group（P0.01）. [Conclusion] Percussopunctator cupping bloodletting in treating acute herpes zoster, satisfactory curative effect, no serious adverse reactions, worthy of promotion.
