住院药房夜间口服摆药时间优化

The time optimization method of the night oral drug dispensing in inpatients dispensary

目的:探讨住院药房摆药机夜间口服摆药时间优化方法,提高夜间药学服务质量,降低成本消耗。方法:选择2015年9月-12月某院住院药房夜间口服摆药处方,通过对摆药医嘱开具时间点、药师发药时间点的数据统计,依据80/20法则提出集中摆药优化方案,并使用统计学验证手法。结果:摆药总共花费时间从2小时21分钟降低到1小时29分钟(P<0.01),具有统计学意义。说明夜间集中摆药,能优化摆药流程,降低摆药耗材消耗成本,减少机械损耗。结论:药房信息化管理及统计学应用,发挥自动化设备最大效益,提升医院药学服务质量与经济效益。

OBJECTIVE To discuss the time optimization method of the night automatic oral drug dispensing in inpatients dispensary,improve the night pharmacy service quality,and reduce consumption cost.METHODS The recipes of the night automatic oral drug dispensing were chosen between the September to November 2015.According to the data statistics of the sufficient time for prescription,nurse＇s review time and pharmacist dispensing time,the optimization method for the 80/20 law of the drug dispensing was proposed by using the data statistics validation methods.RESULTS The time of drug dispensing decreased from2 h 21 min to 1 h 29 min significantly,suggesting that the night automatic oral drug dispensing could optimize the process and reduce the consumable items and machine cost.CONCLUSION Pharmacy informatization management and the use of statistics can optimally utilize the automatic equipment,improve pharmacy service quality and economic benefit.
