摘要
目前,高炉炉料主要以烧结矿为主,但烧结矿在高炉中上部低温还原条件下粉化现象严重,因此有必要对其粉化机理进行深入研究。本文综述了碱度、MgO和Al_2O_3等化学成分对烧结矿低温还原粉化性能的影响。结果发现:同一组分对不同烧结矿还原粉化性能的影响不同。本文对烧结矿低温还原粉化机理有了更全面的认识,可为烧结矿配料改善其粉化性能提供借鉴。
At present, the burden of blast furnace is mainly sinter. However, the pulverization of the sinter at low temperature reduction in upper portion of the blast furnace is severe, therefore, it is necessary to study the mechanism of its pulverization. Review the effects of alkalinity, MgO and Al2O3 on the pulverization performance of sinter at low temperature. The effect of the same composition on low temperature reduction degradation properties is different. Through this paper, a more comprehensive understanding of the mechanism of sintering pulverization performance at low temperature is acquired. Meanwhile, providing reference for sinter at low temperature.
