钒钛磁铁矿烧结过程NO_X控制技术研究

摘要 利用烧结杯实验装置研究了不同烧结工艺参数对钒钛磁铁矿烧结烟气NO_X生成及烧结主要技术经济指标的影响。结果表明:随着混合料碱度、水分、料层厚度及燃料配比的降低,烟气中NO_X排放浓度呈现降低的趋势;同时上述参数的改变未对烧结速度、利用系数、烧结成品率和转鼓强度等烧结主要技术经济指标产生显著的影响。 The influence of different sintering process parameters on the NOx production and sintering of the main technical and economic indexes were studied through sintering cup experimental device. The results showed that, As the mixture alkalinity, moisture, material thickness, the proportion of the fuel ratio increases and the fuel ratio decreases, the concentration of NOx in the flue gas tends to decrease. Meanwhile, the modification of these parameters has no significant effect on sintering speed, utilization coefficient and the intensity of the drum.
