基于长尾理论的高校意识形态管理研究

进入"互联网+"时代,高校作为中国共产党意识形态工作的最前沿和主阵地,面临的新情况和新挑战层出不穷。日益复杂的高校意识形态工作实践,呼唤着新的理论知识和政策手段介入、解释并改造高校意识形态研究工作。长尾理论视域下的高校意识形态研究,通过打破以往局限于"头部"新闻宣传和思想教育主渠道的桎梏,重视构建"尾部""微力量",整合运用协同育人、多维育人、全过程育人等多种"长尾",进而夯实并改进高校意识形态主阵地建设,最终帮助高校打造全员协同育人体系。
