民间信仰起源传说的嬗变——以潮州双忠信仰为例

The Evolution of Original Legends of Popular Religion——With Chaozhou Twin Loyalty Belief as an Example

钟英于北宋熙宁年间携双忠神物入潮阳的传说始于元代,而明清以来,官绅等不断复述、增添及丰富了许多内容,努力重构双忠信仰的起源历史,并制造实物证据。潮阳县城赵氏与双忠信仰紧密结合后,催生了赵嗣助携神入潮的传说。韩愈曾刺潮为张巡、许远辩白,双忠公成为潮阳县城的守护神,这些史实为其他入潮传说的产生奠定了基础。

The original legend of Twin Loyalty(Shuangzhong)as brought to Chaoyang by Zhongying during the period of Xi'ning in the Northern Song Dynasty started from the Yuan Dynasty. Since the Ming and Qing Dynasties, local officials, literati and populace had continuously retold the story, which enriched its contents and created material evidences to reconstruct the origin of this belief. Moreover, the integration between the Zhao lineage(Zhaoshi)in Chaoyang city and Twin Loyalty Belief bred folk stories about Zhao Sizhu bringing this belief to Chaoyang. The facts that Hanyu had been the provincial governor of Chaozhou and had spoken for Zhangxun and Xuyuan, and Twin Loyalty Belief had been the guardian angel of Chaoyang city underpin other original legends.
