摘要
牛脊椎畸形综合征(Complex vertebral malformation,CVM)是荷斯坦牛群中发现的一种常染色体上单基因控制的隐性遗传缺陷,该病的发生会导致母牛早期流产和非计划性淘汰,给奶业生产造成严重的经济损失。本研究利用PIRA-PCR方法对北京昌平地区1 465头中国荷斯坦母牛进行了CVM有害等位基因检测,共发现CVM携带者34头,对CVM有害基因在该地区的分布情况有了初步了解,并针对携带者个体制定了合理的选配方案。
Complex vertebral malformation (CVM) is a monogenic autosomal recessive hereditary defect of Holstein dairy cattle. Homozygous recessive can cause early pregnancy abortion and cows unexpectedly eliminated, leading to serious economic losses to the dairy industry. Polymerase chain reaction-primer introduced restriction analysis (PIRA-PCR) was used to detect CVM among 1465 China Holstein cows from Changping farms. As a result, totally 34 carriers were identified. Based on this, we have preliminarily known about the distribution of CVM carriers in Changping farms, and provide the reasonable selection for CVM carriers.
