摘要
牛病毒性腹泻病毒(BVDV)是导致奶牛、黄牛及其他易感动物免疫抑制的一种重要病原性病毒,是养牛业重要防控对象。BVDV表膜糖蛋白E2是其主要免疫原蛋白,但其他结构蛋白及一些非结构蛋白也有潜在的免疫原性,而病毒一些重要调节功能基团的部分缺失或免疫原蛋白的新式表达具有增强免疫刺激作用的潜在意义。本文对以上领域的研究进展进行了综述,为研制BVDV新型疫苗提供科学思路。
Bovine viral Diarrhea Virus (BVDV) is an immunosuppressive agent with great veterinary importance, it brings a lot of trouble to cattle and cow industry across the globe. Envelope glycoprotein E2 is well known as the major immunogen of BVDV, however, other structural proteins and even some non-structral proteins of the virus are potential immunogenical. Engineering the immunogens and/or deletions of some regulative genes of the virus would significantly improve the immune responses elicited in infected or vaccinate animals and the resulting better protections. This paper reviews the advances in these fields that would rich our knowledge in the development of noval vaccines.
