农民专业合作社金融排斥影响因素研究——基于正规金融服务需求角度

Research on Factors Influencing Financial Exclusion of Farmer Specialized Cooperatives——Based on Demand of Formal Financial Services

农村金融排斥制约农民专业合作社发展。从金融服务需求者角度出发,以农民专业合作社是否受到金融排斥为因变量,实证研究金融服务获取情况,分析农民专业合作社金融排斥影响因素。结果表明,农民专业合作社经营水平和合作社外部影响因素对金融排斥影响显著,理事长自身情况、合作社其他禀赋属性特征对农民专业合作社金融排斥影响不显著。针对实证结果提出对策建议,包括提高农民专业合作社经营与管理水平,加强金融服务创新、供给和竞争,保持良好的合作社外部金融环境。

Rural financial exclusion restricts the development of farmer specialized cooperatives. From the perspective of financial service demand, whether received financial exciusion could be a dependent variable to measure the financial exclusion of cooperatives was discussed and financial exclusion factors of farmer specialized cooperatives were analyzed. The results showed that the management level of farmer specialized cooperatives and the external influencing factors of cooperatives had significant impacts on financial exclusion. In addition, the own situation of director and other endowment attributes of cooperatives had no significant effect on the financial exclusion of farmer specialized cooperatives. According to the result of empirical analysis, some countermeasures were put forward, such as improving own construction of farmer specialized cooperatives, strengthening the financial service innovation, supply, competition and maintaining a good cooperative external financial environment.
