农村合作经济组织社员异质性及其对资金互助影响研究综述

Literature Review of Membership Heterogeneity and Its Influence on Mutual Funds in Rural Cooperative Economic Organization

随农村合作经济组织蓬勃发展,一些示范性农村合作经济组织开始在社员内部开展资金互助,实现生产合作与信用合作结合,缓解农户在生产经营中的融资约束问题,助力产业发展。近年我国农村分工分业、农户分层逐步加快,社员异质性结构成为农村合作经济组织内部环境的常态,农村合作经济组织内资金互助如何持续健康发展值得关注。通过梳理大量关于社员异质性、农村合作经济组织内资金互助相关文献,发现社员异质性对农村合作经济组织治理机制具有正负两方面影响。异质性社员间存在合作激励,合理利用社员异质性特征,可实现产业合作与信用合作联合,促进农村合作经济组织发展。

With a booming development of rural cooperative economic organization, developing mutual funds was carried out in some representative cooperatives, which helped to achieve a close integration between productive cooperation and credit cooperation,the problem of the farmers financing constraints during production would be alleviated and industry development in cooperatives would also be promoted greatly. In recent years, the division of labor and differentiation of peasant household accelerated in rural areas, so that membership heterogeneity had became an characteristic of internal environment in cooperatives.mutual funds in cooperatives could remain a sustainable and healthy development was a concern. A large member of literature about membership heterogeneity and mutual funds in cooperatives had been reviewed, and then found that membership heterogeneity had a dual effect on the governance mechanism of cooperatives. As incentive cooperation existed in heterogeneous members, if rational useing the membership heterogeneity characteristics, productive cooperation and credit cooperation would be united closely, and the development of the rural cooperative economic organization would also be promoted to a great extent.
