摘要
介绍了立式余热锅炉的基本构成,提出了立式锅炉的受热面选型方法,对4种方案进行了结构、循环倍率、钢材耗量等方面的比较,并通过对换热面结构的改进得出最优化的选型方案。
Based on an introduction to the basic composition of a vertical type heat recovery steam generator (HRSG), 4 selection schemes were proposed for the heating surfaces, which were subsequently compared from following aspects, such as the structure, the circulation ratio and the steel consumption, etc. An optimal scheme was finally obtained after some improvements were made on the structure of related heating surfaces.
