摘要
通过对1 000 MW核电机组发电机励磁系统在调试和运行期间发现起励逻辑和回路参数不合理导致起励失败、大阶跃时励磁系统断流跳灭磁开关、励磁调节器供电无冗余设计及转子接地测量举刷装置容易误动等问题进行了原因分析,并提出了相应的改进措施。改进后提高了电厂设备运行的可靠性、可用率和稳定运行能力,可为国内同类型机组提供参考。
An analysis was conducted on several problems occurring in commissioning and operation of the generator excitation system in a 1 000 MW nuclear unit, such as the failure of excitation caused by unreasonable flashing logic and loop parameters, the field breaker tripping during high level step resulted from no continuous current, no redundancy power supply designed for the regulator, and the malfunction of its rotor grounding, measuring and brush-lifting device, etc. , following which corresponding countermeasures were put forward and taken, and subsequently the reliability, availability and stability of relevant facilities in the power plant were improved. This may serve as a reference for troubleshooting of similar domestic units.
