摘要
对于山区机场高填方工程,重点是解决土石方填筑质量的问题。通过对干密度、压实度、固体体积率等不同填筑质量控制指标的讨论及其相互之间影响关系的分析,选择最合适的控制指标压实度作为检测依据。针对高度超过100m的东侧填筑体,初步采用现场压实度、最大松铺厚度、平整度为压实质量控制指标。并根据工作面大小不同,应用振动和冲击两种碾压方式相结合的办法进行现场碾压试验,获得分层填筑厚度、碾压遍数及最佳含水量等施工参数。进而结合东侧填方检测区实测数据,运用三维GIS,从空间角度分析了各碾压参数、含水率与土料压实度的分布规律,并结合施工工艺解释了分布原因。
The quality assurance and quality control of high fills are very important for the construction of airport in mountain areas.In a case study,the correlations between various quality control criteria and index properties,such as,dry density,degree of compaction and porosity,are discussed and the optimum quality control criteria are recommended.In the east side of the project area where the fill thickness exceeded 100 meters,the controlling factors were:degree of compaction,maximum loose layer thickness,and tolerable leveling fills.The trial fill blocks were tested by using impact and vibratory compaction methods respectively.The thickness of the fills,number of compactions and optimum moisture contents were obtained through the trial test blocks.
